Jack Weil
University of Wyoming, Washington Redskins, Denver Bronco
Jack is a Colorado native, graduating from Northglenn High School in 1980 where he was a 3 sport athlete, (football, basketball and baseball). Jack was All- Conf. and All-State in both football, (quarterback / punter), and baseball, (shortstop). He was voted most valuable offensive player in football, and outstanding athlete in the school, his senior year. He continued his playing career at the University of Wyoming, lettering all four years as a punter. He was 7th in the nation as a freshman, and lead the nation his senior year in punting. Jack became the first University of Wyoming Consensus All-American in the school’s history in 1983, he appeared on the Bob Hope Christmas Special honoring the Associated Press All-American team. Following his college career, Jack enjoyed a brief career with the Denver Broncos (1986), and the Washington Redskins (1987).
